Shipping

Our pieces are handcrafted, often made to order or in small batches. That takes a little longer. Here's what to expect.

Order processing

• Small orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks.
• Larger or custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to make and ship.
• Wholesale orders usually take 4–6 weeks.

You'll get an email when your order ships, with the courier and tracking number.

We take pride in delivering on time, but weather and carrier delays can affect transit times, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Whether a package is left at your door is up to the delivery driver and outside our control.

Shipping methods and costs

Every order is packed with care and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, usually via Canada Post. We use the lowest available rate unless you choose otherwise.

• Canada and the continental USA: flat rate of approximately $50 CAD per order.
• Wholesale: shipping is added to the final invoice.

Please double-check your shipping address. Changing an address after an order ships incurs a $25 address change fee, and carriers usually need one business day to process the change. We aren't responsible for delays caused by address changes.

International shipping and customs

Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees charged when crossing borders.

Packaging

We use recycled shipping and packaging materials that can go straight into your curbside recycling.
